Shirley Shor is a new media artist; she uses algorithms transferred to human experience. In her work, Shor creates digital works of art that are created by computers in real time and that engage and expand our thinking and understanding about architecture, language, and identity. Shor’s work has been exhibited in Israel and abroad and her works have been purchased by many art collections in the US and around the world. Shor has a master’s degree (MA) from San Francisco State University in Conceptual Information Art and a BA in Art History and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University.
