Delivery and shipments:
Orders will be sent through a courier company that coordinates with the customer before arrival. The products will be delivered to the customer 14 business days after the date of final payment confirmation! In case of special orders, please allow up to 60 days for delivery

Please note: shipments are delivered to your address of choice between 8:00 and 18:00, so we recommend choosing delivery to an address such as the workplace or any other place where you or someone on your behalf can receive the delivery.
The courier companies are independent entities, so sometimes there may be delays in the delivery times that do not depend on us.
If the courier arrived and you were not at home to receive the package, or in case there’s any other issue with the delivery, you can, of course, contact our customer service by email: thespaceartgallery@gmail.com
If there is no home delivery to your address, we will contact you and inform you about it.
Cancellation of an order after we send the package will be charged the delivery cost.
Shipping rules:
Terms The space gallery will make sure that the packaging is ready for special shipping. The shipment was sent only with an international courier company, taxes and payments in the recipient’s country are not the responsibility of the shipper – the space art gallery, the gallery cannot commit to exact arrival times. If there are delays in the flights or the external shipping company, we will inform the customer. Shipping and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation terms:
Notice regarding the cancellation of the purchase for any reason by the customer shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter C of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and subject to any law.
The cancellation is subject to the customer returning the product to the company at his own expense and provided that the product is in good condition and is not used at all, it is in its original packaging, and is not damaged in any way. And all this up to 48 hours from the date of purchase / or receipt of the work at the client’s home, up to 14 days you can receive a refund in the gallery or exchange for another work by the same artist. When canceling a purchase and if The Space Art Gallery made a delivery order for the product, we would not refund the customer’s payment for the delivery.
In any request to cancel the purchase after the product has been shipped, the cancellation is subject to the customer returning the product to the company at his own expense. The product must also be in good condition and not used at all, is in its original packaging, and is not damaged in any way.
When canceling a purchase and if The Space Art Gallery made a delivery order for the product, we would not refund the customer’s payment for the delivery.
It is stated and agreed between the parties that if the customer returns the product through an external courier and/or other party and does not return the product himself, he gives the The Space Art Gallery the sole discretion to decide whether the product is damaged or not.
If a defect in the returned product is discovered upon the product’s arrival at The Space Art Gallery, then the customer will accept The Space Art Gallery’s determination of the damage. For this purpose and in the event of a defect, the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
The purchase will be canceled by sending an email to the E-mail address of the The Space Art Gallery – Gallery of Israeli Artists.
