Roni Ben Simhon, born in 1966, lives and works in Tel Aviv. He has been involved in photography for the past 20 years, and specializes in fashion photography. Through fashion photography he acquired a lot of tools and content and professional knowledge, and over the years developed his own unique language. The transition to digital photography opened up new channels for him and the possibility of creating a new world, magical and somewhat illusory or disconnected from reality. Roni’s visual world focuses on everyday moments that happen at any given moment, and we don’t always get to see them. That’s why Roni focuses on them and gives the viewer a different point of view by bringing them out, so things and happenings are revealed, things that move him very much.
