Creating art became my passion. During an intense advertising career, I realised my desire to create artwork that has the capacity to inspire people for generations. My goal is to transport people to a zone constructed from the details of the urban environment that people often overlook. In my mind I remember the two giants: Jasper Johns who said: “Take an object, Do something with it.Do something else with it.” and Andy Warhal who said: “The pop artist make images that anybody walking down Broadway could recognise in a split second – comics, picnic tabels, men’s trousers, celebrities – all the great things that the abstract Expressionists tried so hard not to notice at all.” Thous two giants of art are always in my mind when I enter my studio for another journey in the space of creation possibilities. My art brings happiness, new ideas based on new thinking and love to all of you.
